Homegrown – July 2016

On this month’s Homegrown:

Jason is in the hosting chair in the July 2016 episode and has three interviews. First is a talk with the editor of Dirty South Soccer, Rob Ursy, about the recent Atlanta United signings, covering a new franchise, and the direction of the club.

Next is the newly minted United Women’s Soccer League’s  Eastern Conference Player of the Year and likely Golden Boot winner Krystyna Freda. She discusses her journey from Winthrop University to Finland to the UWS, her ambitious to make the NWSL, and her experience in one of the lower divisions of US Women Soccer.

Finally, Jason “interviews” Homegrown co-host Dan DaRocha about Arsenal FC, the MLS All-Star opponent. They talk about Arsenal fandom in the US and the All-Star match.
